Dr. Kadile was born in Waterloo, Iowa but grew up in Manitowoc, Wisconsin. He completed his undergraduate studies at Marquette University, Milwaukee with a B.A. Degree in Psychology.
His medical training started at Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine in Kirksville, Missouri, which he attended under the Health Professions Scholarship Program with the U.S. Navy. Dr. Kadile graduated with a Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine Degree and was commissioned a lieutenant in the United States Navy in 1994. An internship in General Surgery was located in Oakland, California at Naval Medical Center Oak Knoll and through the UC Davis East Bay Program
(1994-1995). Following internship, Dr. Kadile underwent Naval Flight Surgeon training at Pensacola, Florida. Upon completion of flight surgeon training, he was then stationed with Marine Helicopter Training Squadron 303 in Camp Pendleton, California. With his 2 year tour completed, Dr. Kadile was accepted into the Family Practice residency program at Naval Hospital Camp Pendleton. After graduation in 2000 at the rank of lieutenant commander, he was stationed at Naval Hospital Twentynine Palms.
While at Naval Hospital Twentynine Palms, Dr. Kadile became the Department Head for Primary Care and was awarded the Navy Commendation Medal for the second time. He left active duty in 2003 and joined the Kerrigan Family Medical Group in Palm Desert, California as a staff family physician and as Medical Director for Healthcare Express. He resigned his position in 2006 to start Desert House Call Physicians.
Dr. Kadile's interests include music and guitar. He is happily married to Jill and they have three beautiful children; Jasmine, Jade, and Valentino.
